NJW have just completed replacing a door unit and 7 windows in our house. The experience of working with NJW was excellent from beginning to end. The initial consultation with Neil was extremely helpful. He was patient and knowledgeable and he answered all of our questions. His subsequent quote for the work was very competitive. There was excellent communication between us and NJW prior to the commencement of the work. The two guys who carried out the work, Rhys and Matt, were hard working, cheerful and courteous. They completed the installation in one day, despite very warm conditions. We were also greatly impressed by their subsequent clearing up and cleaning of the 6 rooms they worked in. I would have no hesitation in recommending NJW to anyone considering replacing their windows and doors. They are a thoroughly professional company who obviously take great pride in their work.

So pleased with our new Composite door from NJW. From calling in the shop to having it fitted by Reece on the day, it was a good experience. Neil from NJW explained everything, showed us examples, sent emails of quotes promptly. He was professional & friendly without been too pushy. We would definitely recommend NJW & wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. We’ve given it 5 star as we couldn’t fault the service in any way.

After receiving multiple ridiculous quotes from other companies we contacted Neil for a quote. From his first reply he stood out from the rest. He came out and quoted us with no pushy sales and no stupidly inflated prices like the rest had been.

Seven windows and two doors at a fair price deal done , being able to build and customise our doors online was really good being able to see them before confirming.

Neils lads turned up early on the day of fitting nice and polite lads and just cracked on their workmanship is second to none even down to the little details like the finishing trims around the new windows just makes them stand out from the rest.

Top quality windows and doors fitted by a top quality company and team. Would 1000% recommend to anyone else…..
